Spiritual Revival TV Ministries We Support Bible Study Facebook
Welcome

Welcome to the Brilliant Church of Christ in Brilliant, Alabama!  Our congregation is very blessed with loving and caring members who are committed to sharing the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) with you locally, and with all mankind. We do this in many ways, including our television broadcast "SPIRITUAL REVIVAL".  Our program can be viewed every Sunday at 12:30 pm on Alabama Cable Channel 5, as well as online at WMTY.net.  Greg Lowery, our minister, masterfully hosts our show and shares the Word of God straight out of the Bible, without adding to or taking away from God's truth. Brother Lowery is a graduate of the Memphis School of Preaching and Amridge University. He is an experienced teacher/speaker and is available to study with you personally.

We also offer our broadcasts free of charge on DVD if you wish to complete the form at the bottom of this page and request your favorite show.  Brother Lowery also provides His weekly Video Worship Sermons for your personal study, which can be downloaded and shared with others.

Other useful things on our site are the Bible Study page with links to resourceful websites and the offer to enroll you in our Bible Correspondence Course, and weekly bulletin articles.

We Are Simply Christians

We were bought with the blood of Christ (Acts 20:28; 1 Peter 1:18, 19). So, we wear the name of Christ. Just like the disciples in the first century, we are called Christians (Acts 11:26). Since we belong to Him, we believe that to wear any name other than His brings dishonor to Him (1 Corinthians 1:11-13).

The Bible Alone is Our Guide

The Bible is God's inspired word (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We must not add anything to it or leave anything out of it (Revelation 22:18-19).

Our Purpose is to Glorify God

No matter what we are doing, it is our intent to bring glory and honor to God (1 Corinthians 10:31). One way we can do this is by telling others about Jesus Christ, His Son. All of us sin (Romans 3:23). Because of our sin we are separated from God (Isaiah 59:1, 2), and as long as we remain in this condition we have no hope (Ephesians 2:12). However, God wants everyone to be saved (2 Peter 3:9). He loved us so much that even though we are sinners, He sent Jesus to die for us (Romans 5:8). We should give glory to God for His great mercy (Romans 15:9).
